Popis:	Bachelor thesis is focused on the regulation and supervision of insurance intermediaries. It analyzes the current legislation and characterized the different types of insurance intermediaries. It contains an analysis of sanctions granted in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and the interpretation of results. There is also described the upcoming amendment to Act no. 38/2004 Coll., about insurance intermediaries and independent adjusters.
