This bachelor thesis is focused on history and present of Stráž nad Nežárkou using available historical sources. It deals with the connection of the historical cultural heritage and the current life in the town. The thesis maps monuments from the point of view of changes, architectural uses and activities of outstanding personalities. For illustration, the work is supplemented with pictorial documentation. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the documentation of the contemporary appearance of selected localities and architecturally historical monuments, which the author captured in the study using various art techniques. |
