1 The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is to document, analyse and interpret manifestations of Internet humour dealing with negatively perceived historical and current political personalities. Dominant emphasis will be put on the phenomenon of Internet memes with the focus on two asymmetric politicians - Adolf Hitler (historical personality) and Kim Jong-un (current personality). Attention will be paid also to other personalities satirized in a similar manner as well as to specific features of this original way of a collective signifying of generally recognized media facts. Thesis is based on theoretical assumptions of digital folklore and psychological theories of humor. |
