Popis: The presented bachelor thesis focuses on psychological and psychosocial aspects of communication of a gender-mixed crew during a simulated space flight. The literature review part provides an overview of the theoretical background of the researched topic. Specifically, it presents the specific environment of space research and the area of gender- mixed crews and their communication during real and simulated space missions. The second part of the work is devoted to the design of a research project, which aims to map the area of communication during the simulated space flight in relation to gender issues. Four basic areas are mapped: 1. basic characteristics of communication, 2. the tendency to form subgroups, 3. communication styles, and 4. the subjective perception of gender issues in communication. Considering the complex topic, a mixed research design was chosen, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, namely the following methods: Sociomapping, The Communication Styles Inventory, and semi-structured interview. The research project proposal is connected to the 3rd stage of the "International Research Project SIRIUS 2016-2024".
