This thesis forms a business plan based on the idea of creating and running a kid`s entertainment park in the region of Wallachia (Eastern Moravia). The document is intended to help explain the idea behind to authorities and other stakeholders. The thesis consists of two parts. The first --theoretic -- one describes the tourism itself, its definition, positive and negative impacts and externalities, typology and briefly mentions also specific tourism conditions in the region. The theoretical part also introduces methods and principles of business plan creation. Second -- practical -- part of the thesis formulates the business plan based on data on amount of visits in the region and its sightseeings. It also describes intended status after implementation of the business plan. |
