| Popis: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze personnel activities in the real organization (Ministry of the Czech Republic) and give readers a comprehensive view and evaluate the current situation of personnel work in a particular system of government. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical, which characterizes the individual personnel activities and practical in which theoretical knowledge with practical experience are confronted. The methods of research used in this thesis are on-site analysis confronted with the basic literature, comparison and sorting. |
