Abstract of diplom thesis: The thesis (DP) deals with the issue of patients after acquired brain injury in distance occupational therapy and tele-ergotherapy. The main aim of the DP is to evaluate the quality of life, adherence and satisfaction of patients after acquired brain injury during distance occupational therapy and tele-ergotherapy. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part is based on the studied Czech and foreign literature. It deals with a short description of the individual types of acquired brain damage, rehabilitation in patients after acquired brain damage andthepossibility ofusing telerehabilitation (TR) and distancetherapy in occupational therapy in these patients. The development of the practical part is carried out in cooperation with the Rehabilitační Ústav Kladruby (RÚ Kladruby), where the Virtual Ambulance Distance Therapy (VA- DT) project has been running since January 2019, offering distance therapy and telerehabilitation.
