| Popis: | We report two cases with B cell malignancies (case #1: refractory mantle cell lymphoma; case #2: lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin’s disease (LPHD)) who developed neutropenia post-Rituximab therapy in a setting of significant infiltration of the peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) by T cells with an immunophenotype of large granular lymphocytes.
