Za podjetje predstavlja njegova intelektualna lastnina temelj konkurenčne prednosti. Intelektualno lastnino podjetja je možno zaščiti na različne načine. Pomembno je, da podjetje svojo intelektualno lastnino evidentira, ovrednoti ter jo ustrezno zaščiti. Know how predstavlja del intelektualne lastnine podjetja. Tehnično tehnološki in poslovni know how v podjetju sta povezana in soodvisna. Za razvoj prenosa tehnično tehnološkega in poslovnega know how-a je pomembna ustvarjalnost in inovativnost znotraj obojega podjetja. Danes predstavlja soodvisen management znanja in vrednot osnovo za večjo inovativnost in konkurenčnost posameznega podjetja. V sodobni gospodarstvu velja, da upoštevanje 7 načel družbene odgovornosti (uradna odgovornost, preglednost, etičnost, spoštovanje do deležnikov, prava, mednarodnih norm in človeških pravic), posameznega podjetja krepi vlogo inoviranja v podjetju in je to njegova konkurenčna prednost. Ta načela so zajeta v standardu ISO 26000 in smo jih vključili v nov model prenosa know how-a, kar bi lahko bistveno vplivalo na uspeh takšnega prenosa. V procesih modela smo zajeli tudi De Bonovo metodo 6 klobukov in paralelnega načina razmišljanja, ki v nasprotju s tradicionalnim načinom razmišljanja, išče prednosti v sodelovanju in skupnem iskanju rešitev ne glede na razhajanja razmišljanj in stališč. Z uporabo novega modela želimo doseči uspešnost pri prenosu z upoštevanjem načel družbene odgovornosti, predvsem vpeljavo inovativnega poslovanja tudi v praksi. The company’s intellectual property is its foundation for competitive advantage. Intellectual property can be protected in various different ways. It is important for the company to record, evaluate and adequately protect its intellectual property. The know-how is a part of a company’s intellectual property. In a company the engineering and business know-how are intertwined and interdependent. Creativity and innovation within the company are important for the transfer of engineering and business know-how. Nowadays, interdependence of knowledge-cum-value management is a foundation for greater innovation and competitiveness of an individual company. In modern economy having regard for 7 principles of social responsibility (accountability, transparency, ethical behaviour, respect for stakeholder interests, respect for the rule of law, respect for international norms of behavior, respect for human rights) strengthens the role of innovation in a company, which is the company’s competitive advantage. Those principles are a part of the ISO 26000 and are included in a new model of the know-how transfer, which could substantially influence the success of such transfer. The model’s processes also include de Bono’s method of Six Hats and parallel thinking, which unlike the traditional way of thinking searches for advantages in cooperation and in common search for solutions no matter the difference in views and standpoints. By using the new model we wish to achieve effectiveness of the transfer by following the principles of social responsibility, especially introduction of innovative business operation in practice. |
