V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili skladiščenje v podjetju Secop kompresorji in na njihovem primeru podali možno rešitev problema. Na začetku bomo predstavili teoretične osnove skladiščenja in skladiščnega poslovanja, ki nam bodo v pomoč v nadaljevanju. Navedli bomo vrste skladišč, ki jih poznamo, in temeljne skladiščne procese, skozi katere potuje material. V nadaljevanju bomo opisali posnetek obstoječega stanja v vhodnem in izhodnem skladišču ter stanje tudi kritično opisali in poiskali možne vzroke za obravnavani problem. Glede na vzroke bomo podali predloge za izboljšanje. Osredotočili se bomo predvsem na vzrok, ki se nanaša na skladiščne objekte in na njihovo neprimerno lokacijo ter neizkoriščenost. Poleg tega bomo opisali še načrt vpeljave predloga in ga stroškovno ovrednotili. Na koncu bomo ugotavljali učinke predloga, prihranke bomo tudi denarno izrazili in prikazali, kakšni so ti ob vpeljavi predloga v prakso. In the diploma thesis we are going to present warehousing in company Secop compressors and in their case we will give possible solutions to the problem. At the beginning we will present theoretical basis of warehousing and storage operations, which will help us in the hereafter. We will list the types of warehouses that are known and the basic storage processes through which passes the material. Below we will describe the current state of the input and output warehouse and we will critically describe current state and find possible causes for the present problem. According to the causes we will convey suggestions for improving them. We will focus primarily on the cause, which refers to the storage facilities and their inappropriate location and unexploitation. In addition, we will describe the plan introduction of a proposal and its costs. Finally, we will assessed the effects of the proposal. Savings will also be monetized and show what they are with the introduction of the proposal into practise. |
