Popis: | Diplomsko delo obravnava opredelitev in zakonsko podlago energetske izkaznice, primer ukrepov za izboljšanje kakovosti ovoja stavbe ter predstavitev in uporaba instrumentov marketinškega komuniciranja. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je predstavitev in analiza ukrepov za izboljšanje kakovosti ovoja stavbe Savski breg objekt C. Ukrepe smo simulirali s pomočjo programa URSA 4.0., osredotočili pa smo se na toplotne izgube ter potrebno energijo za ogrevanje stavbe. Izračunano potrebno energijo za ogrevanje smo nato primerjali z vrednostjo pridobljeno iz izdane energetske izkaznice za obravnavano stavbo. This undergraduate thesis presents the definition and legal foundations of the energy performance certificate and measures to improve the quality of the building envelope. It also presents the properties and use of instruments of marketing communication. The main objective of this thesis is the presentation and analysis of measures to improve the quality of the building envelope Savski breg object C. The measures were simulated with the program URSA 4.0.and the main focus was on heat loss and energy required for heating the building. The Calculated energy required for heating was then compared with the value obtained from the energy performance certificates issued for the current building. |
