Popis: Etika je področje, ki je v razvitem svetu že dolgo znana in je pogosto predmet razprav in raziskovanj. Ožje področje etike je poslovna etika, ki nam daje iztočnice nekega vedenja, obnašanja, ravnanja in ukrepanja v poslovni praksi. Vse več podjetij se zanima za poslovno etiko, saj sta etika in poslovanje močno prepletena. Vsakdanje življenje je polno etičnih in moralnih dilem, tudi v podjetjih se pogosto srečujejo z etičnimi problemi in dilemami. Etične dileme so sestavni del vsake poslovne odločitve in so povezane s vprašanjem kaj je prav in kaj ne? Za omejitev oziroma zmanjšanje je potrebno te dileme najprej spoznati. Vedno več ljudi govori o etiki in vedno težje je za podjetja, da bi ignorirala poslovno etiko. Menimo, da je poslovna etika vsekakor potrebna in da predstavlja tisti dejavnik, ki odločilno vpliva na uspešno poslovanje podjetij. Navsezadnje je slabo za vsako gospodarstvo in njegov razvoj, če se managerjev, ki vodijo podjetja, drži slab sloves. Managerji se pogosto premalo zavedajo potrebe po poslovni etiki. V podjetjih se pogosto srečujejo z etičnimi problemi in dilemami, saj so v poslovanje vpletene številne osebe. Vsaka od teh oseb zagovarja svoja stališča, ki pa so si pogosto v medsebojnem nasprotju. Naloga managerjev je, da uskladijo interese različnih interesnih skupin v podjetju in zunaj njega. Etika managementa v vsakem pogledu torej prinaša korist tako za ljudi kot tudi organizacije oziroma družbene sisteme. Ob tem je potrebno dodati tudi to, da se bodo etična vprašanja pojavljala neprenehoma, četudi ob vsaki dilemi ravnamo prav. Ob diskusiji etičnosti prodaje pa lahko povzamemo le eno potrebno je biti zaupanja vreden, se prilagajati strankam in njihovim željam in tako vzpodbujati prodajne aktivnosti. Ethics is an area, that has been long known in developed world. It is often subject of discussions and researches. Narrower field of ethics is business ethics, which gives signs of behavior, attitude, and action in business practice. More and more companies are interested in business ethics, because ethics and business are highly intertwined. Everydays life is full of ethical and moral dilemmas and companies are also often faced with ethical problems and dilemmas. Ethical dilemmas are an integral part of every business decision and are related to the issue of what is right and what is not? To limit or reduce ethical dilemmas is necessary to know them first. More and more people talk about ethics and it is becoming increasingly difficult for companies to ignore business ethics. We believe that business ethics is definitely needed and that it is the factor which has an impact on the successful business. After all, it is bad for any economy, and its development, if the managers who run the business, have a bad image. Managers are often insufficiently aware of the need for business ethics. The companies are often faced with ethical issues and dilemmas, as they are in the business becuase there is many people involved in it. Each of these people defend their positions, but they are often in conflict with each other. The task of managers is to reconcile the interests of different stakeholders inside and outside the company. Ethics management brings benefits in every aspect, for humans and organizations. It is also necessary to highlight, that the ethical issues appears constantly, even when we treat each dilemmas in the right way. To summarize, we need to be worth of trust, we need to accomodate to clients and their needs. That is the way to encourage sales activities.
