Komunikacija je eno izmed najstarejših orodij za sporazumevanje in je z nami že od nekdaj. Ima izreden pomen za ljudi tako na osebni kot tudi poslovni ravni. Vredno je omeniti, da uspešno komuniciranje ni prirojeno, zato je pomembno, da se veščin komuniciranja učimo. Za dobre medsebojne odnose je potrebna učinkovita komunikacija. Učinkovito orodje za boljšo komunikacijo, boljše odnose in uspešnejše delo je gotovo redni letni razgovor. Pri rednem letnem razgovoru gre za vnaprej dogovorjeno srečanje, na katerem si vodja in sodelavec razložita razmišljanja o sodelavčevem preteklem in sedanjem delu, pričakovanjih, načrtih in željah. Poglobljeno se pogovorita o vsem, kar bi utegnilo izboljšati njun odnos, pogoje za delo ter motivacijo in uspešnost sodelavca. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov ‒ teoretičnega in raziskovalnega. V prvem delu smo podali teoretične osnove o komunikaciji. Predstavili smo načine komuniciranja, ki jih najpogosteje uporabljamo. Najpogostejša sta besedno in nebesedno komuniciranje. V nadaljevanju smo opisali komuniciranje v podjetjih, t. i. interno komuniciranje, in ovire v komunikaciji, do katerih prihaja pri komuniciranju med ljudmi. V drugem delu smo podali teorijo o rednem letnem razgovoru. V nadaljevanju smo podali teorijo namena rednega letnega razgovora, pripravo nanj ter potek in koristi rednega letnega razgovora. V raziskovalnem delu smo preučevali komunikacijo in redne letne razgovore v podjetju FTA, d. o. o. Raziskavo smo izvedli s pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov, ki smo jih razdelili zaposlenim. Zanimalo nas je, kako zaposleni doživljajo komunikacijo na delovnem mestu in kaj menijo o ponovni vpeljavi rednih letnih razgovorov. Na koncu smo podali predloge in izboljšave za učinkovitejšo komunikacijo na delovnem mestu in predlagali ponovno vpeljavo rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetje. Communication is one of the oldest tools of interaction and is with us since time immemorial. It is of the utmost importance for people both on personal and business level. It is worth noting that successful communication is not innate, so it is important to learn communication skills. Good relationships require effective communication. An effective tool for better communication, better relationships and more successful work is certainly a regular annual interview. The regular annual interview is a pre-arranged meeting at which a manager and a co-worker explain to each other their thoughts on co-worker's past and present work, expectations, plans and desires. They have a thorough interview about everything that might improve their relationship, working conditions and co-worker's motivation and performance. The diploma thesis consists of two parts – theoretical and research part. In the first part, we presented the theoretical basis of the communication. We presented ways of communication that are most commonly used. These are verbal and non-verbal communication. Below we described communication in companies, the so-called internal communication and barriers in communication that occur in communication between people. In the second part, we presented the theory of regular annual interview taken from different writings. Then we presented the theory of the purpose of a regular annual interview, preparation for it, the course and benefits of a regular annual interview. In the research part, we studied communication and regular annual interviews in the company FTA d.o.o. The survey was conducted through questionnaires, which were distributed among the employees. We were interested in how employees experience communication in the workplace and how they feel about the re-introduction of regular annual interviews. In the end, we made suggestions and improvements for more effective communication in the workplace and proposed the re-introduction of regular annual interviews in the company. |
