Popis: Diplomsko delo z naslovom Usposobljenost vzgojiteljev za izvajanje športnih dejavnosti v vrtcu je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili vlogo vzgojitelja v vrtcu, preučili kompetence vzgojitelja, razvijanje kompetenc v formalnem in neformalnem izobraževanju, vzgojiteljevo vlogo pri razvijanju gibalnih kompetenc otroka in priporočeno usposobljenost vzgojitelja na področju športa. Empirični del zajema ugotovitve raziskave, opravljene z anketnim vprašalnikom na vzorcu 20 vzgojiteljic Vrtca Ptuj. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kolikšen pomen vzgojitelji pripisujejo posameznim kompetencam, pridobivanju novega znanja in usposobljenosti za načrtovanje ter izvajanje gibalnih/športnih dejavnosti. Ugotovili smo: vzgojiteljice občasno posegajo po strokovni literaturi in spletnih virih poznajo telesni in gibalni razvoj predšolskega otroka poznavanje biomehanskih, fizioloških, psiholoških in anatomsko-funkcionalnih vidikov športa vzgojiteljic ni zadovoljivo so za vodenje skupine pri gibalnih/športnih dejavnostih najbolj usposobljene vzgojiteljice s 6 do 10 let delovne dobe so usposobljenost za jasno definiranje ciljev, izdelava analize stanja, učinkovitega načrtovanja in vrednotenja lastnega pedagoškega dela vzgojitelja so bistveni za izvajanje gibalnih/športnih dejavnosti. The thesis called Competencies of childcare workers to conduct sports activities in kindergartens is composed of a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part introduces the role of a childcare worker in the kindergarten, examines the competences of a childcare worker, developing competences in formal and informal education, a role of a childcare worker in developing sports with children and recommended competences of a childcare worker in the field of sport. Empirical part presents the conclusions of the research conducted with a questionnaire on a sample of 20 childcare workers in the Kindergarten Ptuj. The purpose of the research is to establish what is the meaning the childcare workers attach to individual competences, acquiring new knowledge and competences to plan and implement movement/sports activities. The conclusions are the following: The childcare workers sometimes read expert literature and websites they know body and movement development of a pre-school child childcare workers’ knowledge of bio-mechanic, physiological, psychological and anatomic - functional aspects of sport is not satisfactory most skilled child workers to work with a group in sports activities are the ones with 6 to 10 years of service competences to define the goals clearly, elaborate the analysis of situation, efficient planning and evaluation of own pedagogical work of a childcare worker are paramount for implementing sports activities.
