V magistrskem delu bomo s pomočjo zbranih podatkov naredili tehnološko in stroškovno analizo dveh pomivalno-dezinfekcijskih naprav proizvajalca Belimed, ki obratujeta v proizvodnih prostorih farmacevtskega podjetja. The production of medications requires a clean environment and high-level equipment. Owing to rapid technological developments, there are more and more new processes and technologies that ensure cleanliness. Cleaning is the removal of material, and it enables the production of quality medications. The business processes of companies involve the deliberate destruction of elements that are still in use in order to gain even more useful products or other effects in the production process. In order to evaluate the success of a company's business practice, one needs to understand this waste of commercial elements, also known as input, and to determine the extent of their consumption value. In this Master's thesis, we will use our collected data to conduct a technological and cost analysis of two Belimed cleaning and disinfection units, which were used in the manufacturing premises of our chosen pharmaceutical company. We compared an original piece of machinery with a new one that the company bought not long ago. This is how we costed the whole cleaning cycle and determined whether the investment in acquiring and installing a new machine was worthwile. We also compared the cleaning technology of both units, determined their working cleaning capacity and presented the advantages and disadvantages of their operation. Our main objective was to calculate cost and effect a comparison of the cleaning technology of two cleaning and disinfection units manufactured by Belimed. |
