Popis: V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili podjetje Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. ter storitve, ki jih nudi svojim uporabnikom. Največji poudarek bomo namenili dostavi paketov v notranjem prometu. Naš glavni cilj je bil, analizirati dostavo paketov Pošte Slovenije v primerjavi s konkurenco in podati predloge izboljšav. Opisali bomo, kako poteka organizacija dostave na Pošti Slovenije, kakšne posebnosti pri dostavi lahko uporabimo, pogostost dostave ter našteli alternativne možnosti prevzema paketov. Dostavo paketov Pošte Slovenije v notranjem prometu bomo primerjali z nekaterimi drugimi ponudniki dostave paketov. Za primerjavo bomo izbrali podjetja DPD, GLS, Tine d.o.o. ter City Express, vsakega izmed teh bomo na kratko opisali ter predstavili, kako v posameznem podjetju poteka dostava paketov. Opravili bomo tudi anketiranje, iz analize anketnih vprašalnikov pa bo razvidno, v kolikšni meri so uporabniki seznanjeni z dostavo paketov. V zaključnem delu bomo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ovrednotili hipoteze, ki smo si jih na začetku diplomske naloge zastavili ter predlagali predloge izboljšav pri dostavi paketov. In the paper, we present the company Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. and the services it offers to its customers. The greatest emphasis is placed on the delivery of packages in domestic traffic. Our main goal was to analyze the delivery of packages at Pošta Slovenije versus competition and to make suggestions for improvements. We describe the delivery organization at Pošta Slovenije, what specific features in delivery it offers, the frequency of delivery, and the alternative options for picking up packages. We will compare the delivery of packages at Pošta Slovenije in internal traffic with some other packages delivery providers. For comparison, we have selected DPD, GLS, Tine d.o.o. and City Express, each of which is briefly described and presented how packages are delivered in each company. We have also conducted a survey, and the analysis of questionnaires shows how users are familiar with the delivery of packages. In the concluding part, we present the results of the research, evaluate the hypotheses that we set at the beginning of the diploma thesis and propose suggestions for improvements in the delivery of packages.
