Popis: Diplomsko delo z naslovom Redni letni razgovor v Agenciji za javnopravne evidence in storitve je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in raziskovalnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo na podlagi domače in tuje literature predstavili pojem rednih letnih razgovorov. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili, kakšen sta namen in cilj letnih razgovorov za vodje in zaposlene ter katere koristi si z letnimi razgovori pridobi organizacija oziroma kadrovska služba. Za letni razgovor je pomembna sama priprava tako za vodje, torej za tiste, ki vodijo redne letne razgovore, kot za zaposlene, ki so povabljeni na redni letni razgovor. Sledita vsebina razgovora in izvedba letnega razgovora. Na koncu teoretičnega dela so podane aktivnosti, ki so pomembne, ko so letni razgovori z zaposlenimi zaključeni. V osrednjem delu je predstavljena Agencija za javnopravne evidence in storitve. V raziskovalnem delu smo kot metodo zbiranja podatkov uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Rezultate smo statistično obdelali in z razlago predstavili v diplomskem delu v obliki tabel in slik. Na osnovi analiz smo v zaključku dela predstavili nekatere predloge, ki bi lahko v prihodnje vplivali na boljše izvajanje rednih letnih razgovorov. This thesis titled Regular annual interview within the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services comprises of a theoretical and a research part. The concept of regular annual interviews, based on domestic and foreign literature, is introduced within the theoretical part. Purpose and objective of annual interviews for managers and employees and their benefits for the organization and human resources department are presented in the continuation of this thesis. The preparation for the annual interview is as important for managers leading the interviews as for employees invited to the regular annual interview. This is then followed by the content and the execution of the annual interview. Theoretical part concludes with important activities to be performed after the completion of the annual interviews with employees. An essential part of the thesis is the portrayal of the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Related Services. The research work was as a method of data collection used questionnaire. The results were statistically analyzed and introduced along with the interpretation in the form of tables and figures within the thesis. Based on posed research questions, the conclusion of the thesis presents some of the suggestions which have the ability to improve implementation of the regular annual interviews.
