Popis: Diplomska naloga obravnava daljinsko vodenje stabilnih naprav elektrovleke in telekomunikacijski sistem na Slovenskih železnicah. V prvem delu sem obdelal osnove daljinskega vodenja, komunikacijske arhitekture, modele in protokole. V drugem delu sem obdelal obstoječi telekomunikacijski sistem s poudarkom na plesiohroni (PDH) in sinhroni digitalni hierarhiji (SDH), sinhronizacijo, optično prenosno pot in nadzorni sistem. The Diploma Thesis examines remote control of stable devices of electrical traction and the telecommunications system of Slovenian Railways. The first part investigates the fundamentals of remote control, communications architecture, models and protocols. I presented the current state of Slovenian Railways electrical traction, the required upgrades of devices, and requirements for connection of power supply stations to the remote control with a description of the necessary telecommunications devices. In the second part I examined the existing telecommunications system, with an emphasis on plesiochronous (PDH) and synchronous digital hierarchy (SDH), synchronisation, optical transfer path, and supervisory system. In the third part I presented the necessary upgrade of the telecommunications system, since with the transition to remote control of stable electrical traction devices, in addition to speech connections, considerable capacity of data connections is also required. The new system of transfer would use SDH equipment with the capacity of STM-16 module or 2.5 Gbit/s, with an optic connection also to the power supply stations due to galvanic separations, and an implementation of a simple passive WDM system.
