V nalogi je predstavljeno vodenje skupinskih procesov, še posebej sodelovanje v učeči se skupnosti znotraj šolskega prostora. Najprej so opredeljeni temeljni pojmi in pomen timskega sodelovanja. Opredeljen je pojem učeča se skupnost. Predstavljene so tudi faze razvoja skupine. Pri praktičnem delu so predstavljeni različni načini oblikovanja učečih se skupin na osnovnih šolah. Podrobneje sta predstavljena način učnih sprehodov in opazovanje, osredotočeno na pedagogiko in vsebino. Opredeljeni so cilji, potek in kritično ovrednotenje posameznega načina povezovanja. V zadnjem delu je predstavljen primer dobre prakse oblikovanja heterogene učeče se skupnosti, kjer se v učeče se skupnosti vključuje celoten kolektiv. Predstavljeni so rezultati raziskave interesa učiteljev za raziskovanje lastne prakse in izvedba šolskega projekta na Osnovni šoli Jakobski Dol. Ob koncu je narejena tudi evalvacija šolskega projekta in predstavitev realizacije začrtanih ciljev, mnenj in občutkov pri sodelovanju v heterogeni učeči se skupnosti. The master thesis presents the group processes management, with emphasis on a participation in a learning community within the school. First, the basic concepts and importance of team collaboration are defined. The term "learning community" is defined. Also presented are the stages of group development. In the practical part, various ways of forming learning groups in elementary schools are presented. The way of learning walks and observation, focused on pedagogy and content, is presented in greater detail. The objectives, course and critical evaluation of each mode of integration are defined. The last part presents an example of good practice in the creation of a heterogeneous learning community, where the whole school collective is included in the learning community. The results of research on the interest of teachers for the study of their own practice and the implementation of the school project at the Jakobski Dol Primary School are presented. At the end, the evaluation of the school project and the presentation of the realization of the goals, opinions and feelings of participation in the heterogeneous learning community were made. |
