Cilj te diplomske naloge je bil odpraviti problem dislociranosti spremne dokumentacije v vozilih podjetja Izletnik Celje d.d., kar smo skušali doseči z vpeljavo torbic. Na začetku je podanih nekaj teoretičnih osnov, in sicer so navedene vse zakonske omejitve ter obvezna oprema, ki mora biti v vozilu vedno prisotna. Temu sledi opis obstoječega stanja, ki je prikazan s pomočjo sintetično-analitične metode, problem pa smo rešili na osnovi pridobljenega znanja. V drugem, praktičnem delu naloge smo se osredotočili zgolj na primarno rešitev vpeljavo torbic. Tej sledi tudi alternativna rešitev, in sicer digitalna dokumentacija. Slednja je morda še bolj perspektivna, saj bo tovrstna dokumentacija v bodoče še pridobila na veljavnosti, ker temelji na informacijski tehnologiji, ki bo tudi v prihodnosti imela vedno večji pomen in velik vpliv na organizacijo v podjetju. The aim of this study was to address the problem of dislocating supporting documents in vehicles of the company Izletnik Celje d.d. Our attempt was to achieve that with the introduction of plastic folders for carrying documents. At the beginning a theoretical basis is given, stating all legal restrictions and listing the mandatory equipment which must always be inside a vehicle. This is followed by a description of the current situation, which is shown by means of a synthetic-analytical method, and the problem is solved based on already acquired knowledge. In the empirical part of the thesis our focus lies mainly on the primary solution the introduction of plastic folders for carrying documents. This is followed by an alternative solution, namely digital documentation. The latter is perhaps even more promising, since such documentation will definitely be proved useful in the future, because it is based on information technology, which will continue to have a growing importance and a great impact on the organization of the company. |
