Stabilnosti trga v današnjih časih ni več, kar pomeni, da morajo organizacije spremeniti svoj način delovanja v poslovnem okolju. Sposobne se morajo biti sistematično in hitreje učiti kot konkurenti, če želijo ohraniti svoj delež v hitro spreminjajočih se tržnih razmerah. Postati morajo učeče se organizacije. Glede na to, da je eden izmed načinov preživetja v konkurenčnem okolju učeča se organizacija, smo naredili raziskavo elementov učeče se organizacije, ki nam bo pokazala kako izraziti so elementi učeče se organizacije v Vzajemni zdravstveni zavarovalnici, d. v. z. (v nadaljevanju Vzajemna). Diplomska naloga vsebuje teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu opisujemo pomen znanja, omenjene so nekatere vrste znanja, intelektualni kapital in kako poteka prenos znanja v Vzajemni. Nadalje so navedene definicije učeče se organizacije, pet ključnih elementov učeče se organizacije, lastnosti, model FUTUR–O® ter vloga poslovne odličnosti v Vzajemni. V raziskovalnem delu predstavimo rezultate analize, ki ji dobimo z vprašalnikom, ki vsebuje pet sklopov trditev elementov učeče se organizacije. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov ugotovimo, da se Vzajemna uspešno usmerja k bolj izraziti učeči se organizaciji. Stability in the market nowadays no longer exists, which means that organizations must change their modus operandi in the business environment. They must be able to learn systematic and quicker than competitors, if they wish to maintain their share in the rapidly changing market conditions. They must become learning organizations. Regarding that one of the ways to success in competitive environment is learning organization, we did research of the elements in learning organization, which has shown us how explicated are the elements in Vzajemna. Thesis consists of theoretical and research work. The theoretical part describes meaning of knowledge there are some types of knowledge mentioned, intellectual capital and how the knowledge is transferred in Vzajemna. Further are indicated definitions of learning organization, five key elements of learning organization, features, model FUTUR–O® and the role of business excellence in learning organization Vzajemna. In research part the results of analysis with survey results are introduced, which includes 5 sections of elements of the learning organization. The answer that we got shows us that Vzajemna is on the right way to become more learning organization. |
