Banke so svojo priložnost, da se približajo novim ter obstoječim komitentom, začutile z razvojem interneta in s tem izoblikovale spletno bančništvo, ki jim je omogočilo nove tržne poti. Te tržne poti so predstavljale predvsem zniževanje stroškov poslovanja tako bankam kot tudi komitentom ter prihranek na času, kajti spletno bančništvo omogoča opravljanje bančnih storitev izven delovnega časa banke. Banke želijo svojim komitentom ponuditi kar se da najboljše, najsodobnejše ter najzanesljivejše storitve. Zato svoje storitve vedno znova nadgrajujejo ter se želijo približati svetovnemu trendu. Zaradi vedno večjega števila zlorab podjetij preko spletnega bančništva, banke varnosti posvečajo vedno več pozornosti, saj želijo svojim komitentom ponuditi najvarnejše spletno bančništvo. V diplomskem seminarju bomo v prvem delu opredelili elektronsko poslovanje, v katerega prištevam tudi elektronsko bančništvo. Prodajne poti e-bančništva predstavlja tudi spletno bančništvo, ki se vedno znova nadgrajuje in dopolnjuje. Njihova nadgradnja ali prenova pretežno temelji na varnosti spletnega bančništva, ki je najpomembnejša komponenta takšnega poslovanja. Tako bomo tudi te varnostne vidike spletnega bančništva predstavili. V nadaljevanju prvega dela diplomskega seminarja bomo opredelili ter predstavili prednosti in slabosti srednje velikega podjetja, ter proučili, kaj je to spletno mesto, ter kako je zgrajeno. V drugem delu diplomskega seminarja pa bomo podrobno predstavili dve izbrani banki, ki bosta ob koncu tudi predmet primerjave. To sta Banka Celje ter Nova kreditna banka Maribor. Vsaka izmed njiju ima svoje spletno bančništvo za podjetja. Pri Banki Celje se njihovo spletno bančništvo imenuje BC net, NKBM pa ga je poimenovala Poslovni Bank@net. Najprej bomo naredili predstavitev obeh omenjenih bank, kateremu bo kasneje sledila predstavitev spletnih mest, ponudba storitev spletnega bančništva ter uporaba varnostnih mehanizmov spletnega bančništva. With the progress of Internet technology, banks (banking) felt the opportunity to get closer to new and existing clients and as a result online banking was created. This process opened new marketing channels, which primarily consisted of reducing operating expenses for banks as well as for clients and saving time as online banking provides banking services outside the bank working hours. Banks want to offer their clients the best, most advanced and most reliable services. Therefore, their services are repeatedly updated/upgraded in hope of aspiring global trends. Due to the growing number of corporate abuses via online banking, more and more attention is dedicated on bank security in order to offer their clients the most secure online banking. In the first part of the graduate seminar we will define e-commerce, a part of which is also electronic banking. Distribution channel of e-banking also represents online banking, which is always evolving and updating. It's upgrading or renovation is mainly based on online banking security, which is the most important component of such services. Thus, we will be presenting safety aspects of online banking. In the continuation of the first part of the graduate seminar, we will define and outline the pros and cons of a medium sized enterprises, explore what is a website and how it is built. In the second part of the graduate seminar, we will present in detail two selected banks, which will also be the subjects of comparison. These are Banka Celje and Nova kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM). Each of them have their own business online banking. Online banking of Banka Celje is called the BC net and NKBM have Poslovni Bank@net. First we will introduce and describe both banks, followed by a presentation of their websites, online banking services, and the use of mechanisms for online banking security. |
