Popis: V diplomskem delu smo se posvetili organizacijski klimi in kulturi v podjetju REAM d.o.o. Organizacijska klima in kultura se močno povezujeta z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih kar pa predstavlja za podjetje pomemben dejavnik, saj to ključno vpliva na uspešnost in učinkovitost podjetja. Pojma organizacijska klima in kultura sta si med seboj zelo podobna, a hkrati tudi zelo različna. Oba se nanašata na posameznikovo vedenje v organizaciji, njihovo dojemanje dogodkov, stvari v podjetju, hkrati pa vplivata na način dela v podjetju. V diplomi bomo skušali s pomočjo intevjujev ugotoviti, kako se organizacijska klima in kultura odražata v podjetju REAM d.o.o. Iz dobljenih rezultatov bomo skušali ponuditi rešitev za izboljšanje organizacijske klime in kulture v podjetju REAM d.o.o. In the following work, we focused on organizational climate and culture at REAM d.o.o. The organizational climate and culture are strongly linked to employee satisfaction, whish is an important factor for the company, as this is crucial for the company's performance and efficiency. The concepts of organizational climate and culture are very similar, but also very different. They both relate to an individual's behavior in the organization, their perception of events and things in the company, while affecting how they work in the company. In the diploma we will try to find out through interviewes how organizational climate and culture are relected in REAM d.o.o. From the obtained results we will try to offer a solution for improving the organizational climate and culture in REAM d.o.o.
