V diplomskem delu so prikazane osnove delovanja asinhronskega motorja, analiza delovanja protieksplozijskega motorja v prostem teku in kratkem stiku ter analitični izračun segrevanja poenostavljenega termičnega modela. Iz preizkusov prostega teka in kratkega stika, kjer pridobimo podatke o izgubah, smo določili parametre nadomestne sheme. Analizirano je segrevanja motorja v kratkem stiku s priključeno znižano napetostjo in ohlajanje motorja v prostem teku po končanem segrevanju. Izveden je analitični izračun segrevanja poenostavljenega termičnega modela protieksplozijsko zaščitenega motorja. Diploma work shows the basics operations of the induction motor, analysis of the operation of the explosion proof induction motor by performing no load test, locked rotor test and analytical calculation of the simplified thermal model. The parameters of the equivalent circuit have been determined on the basis of the no load and the locked rotor test of the induction motor. On the basis of the locked rotor test and the no load test, the analysis of the heating of the induction motor and cooling of the induction motor after the heating were made. Analytical calculation of the heating of the simplified thermal model of explosion-proof induction motor is performed. |
