Način, kako se bomo lotili izbire kandidatov za zaposlitev, bo v marsičem vplival na to, ali bomo zaposlene obdržali. Ves postopek zahteva veliko časa in sredstev. Nepravilna izbira kandidata je lahko problematična, pravi kandidat pa bo dragocena pridobitev. Zato je pomembno, da je postopek izbire novih sodelavcev izpeljan kakovostno in strokovno. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju Iskra Mehanizmi, d.o.o. in ga primerjali z teoretičnimi osnovami. Podrobno smo preučili planiranje, pridobivanje, selekcijo oz. izbor kadrov, uvajanje in razvoj kadrov. Možnosti za izboljšave vidimo predvsem na področju pridobivanja kadrov, selekcije in izbire in v avtomatizaciji procesa. Improper selection of the candidate can be problematic and the right candidate will be very valuable for the company. It is important that the process of selecting new employees is carried out with a high degree of professionalism and quality. The thesis presents the process of recruitment of staff in Iskra Mehanizmi d.o.o. and it is compared with the theoretical basics. We have examined the planning, recruitment, selection, deployment and development of human resources. We see opportunities for improvement in the recruitment, selection and in process automation. |
