Na spletu je trenutno veliko mobilnih aplikacij za samopomoč in osebno izboljšavo. Tovrstne aplikacije nas lahko spodbujajo k fizični aktivnosti, varčevanju, storilnosti, doseganju ciljev, reševanju manjših psihičnih težav ali samo opominjajo na opravke, ki jih še moramo narediti v teh ali prihodnjih dneh. Pri teh aplikacijah se pojavljajo vprašanja, koliko le-te vplivajo na posameznikovo življenje. V diplomskem delu nas je zanimalo ali tovrstne aplikacije prinašajo pozitivne rezultate ali pa samo zavajajo uporabnika in mu kradejo čas. Diplomsko delo obsega raziskavo aplikacij za samopomoč in osebno izboljšavo ter razvoj aplikacije, ki pomaga uporabniku pri nadzoru njegovih financ. Currently, there are a large number of mobile applications for self-help and personal improvement. Such applications can encourage us towards physical activites, financial savings, improved productivity, successful achievement of goals, assistance with minor psychological problems or simply reminding us of upcoming tasks. In our thesis, we were interested in how these apps effect individuals lives do they bring positive results or they just decieve the user and waste time? The thesis consists of research on mobile applications for self help and personal improvement, as well as development of such an application, which helps user controling his finances. |
