Strokovnost, inovativnost, pozitivna energija, pripadnost in odgovornost so vrednote podjetja Klima Petek d. o. o., vendar pa le-te vedno niso dovolj. Zadovoljstvo odjemalcev je na prvem mestu. Odjemalci želijo zadovoljiti svoje potrebe na vsak način. Vprašanje je samo, koga bodo izbrali? V diplomskem delu smo želeli predvsem opisati tržne raziskave in navesti dejavnike obnašanja odjemalcev ter predstaviti pomembnejše kazalnike delovanja podjetja na trgu. Za raziskavo pa smo se odločili, ker podatkov o klimatskih napravah v Sloveniji ni veliko, še manj je podatkov, po kakšnih napravah odjemalci povprašujejo oziroma kaj sploh kupujejo. Rezultati so pokazali to, kar smo v veliki meri tudi pričakovali. Odjemalci se odločajo na podlagi cene klimatske naprave. To trenutno prestavlja oviro podjetju Klima Petek d. o. o., ki zaenkrat lahko zadovolji le najbolj zahtevne kupce, ki vedo, kaj kupujejo in so to pripravljeni tudi ustrezno plačati. Professionalism, innovativity, positive energy, loyalty and general responsibility are fundamental values of Klima Petek d.o.o. but unfortunately these are not always enough. Therefore satisfaction and happiness of costumers are their primary focus. Costumers want to be satisfied no matter what. The main question is which provider will they choose. The priority in my thesis was to describe types of market surveys, find out clients behavioural factors and to present the most important operation indicators of the company on relevant market. Due to the leakage of information about air-condition sector in Slovenia I decided to present the relevant research in my thesis. Even less information on the market is available what kind of preferences do clients have or what characteristics should air-condition have to be interested for wider public. The results are something what we expected. The primary decision factor was and remains the price. This information represents, at this moment, high concerns to Klima Petek d.o.o. company, which currently posses only above-standard air-condition systems which are satisfactory only for narrow group of high demanding costumers. |
