Popis: Pri uvajanju novega proizvoda v podjetje se srečamo z veliko problemi organizacijskega značaja. Pojavlja se vprašanje, kakšne so naše kapacitete, kakšen je taktni čas, kako podrediti ciklus čase taktnemu času. Za premostitev teh problemov podjetje GKN Driveline Slovenija vpeljuje različne modele za dvig kakovosti in konkurenčnosti. Posebno pozornost moramo posvetiti kupcu in kvaliteti izdelka. Moje razmišljanje o povišanju stopnje avtomatizacije obstoječe montažne linije prinaša povišanje produktivnosti, nižanje stroškov in zmanjšanje ponavljanja napak. Vse aktivnosti v okviru postavitve montažne linije so se izkazale za uspešne, saj smo uspešno prestali eksterni audit in izdelavo vzorcev polgredi. When introducing a new product in the company we come upon many problems of organizational character. The question arises, what are our capacities, what is the stroke time, how to subordinate cycle time to stroke time. To overcome these problems the company GKN Driveline Slovenia introduces different models for improving the quality and competitiveness. Special Attention should be paid to the customer and product quality. In today’s business world we can only do business if we hold certain quality standards. The core problem of the thesis is related precisely to the automotive standard ISO/TS 16949, which requires the production of FMEA analysis, which is presented more detailed. At the organization of production and calculation of the stroke time a lack of capacity was established, which induced activity of installing the new assembly line. During the phase of setting assembly line I included many methods of lean production, which results are rational and quality production. We regulate stocks assemblies with the KANBAN system and we use the model Poka Yoke to control the presence of prefabricated elements. My thoughts on increasing the level of automation of the existing assembly line brings productivity increase, lower costs and reduced repetition of mistakes. All activities within the installation of assembly line have proven to be successful. We have successfully undergone an external audit and the production patterns of semiaxis.
