Najbolj pomembni procesi za podjetja so: proces kadrovanja in razvoja kadrov, proces planiranja kadrov, proces izbire novih delavcev, proces pridobivanja in izpopolnjevanja strokovne izobrazbe, proces usposabljanja, proces napredovanja, proces zagotavljanja celovitega varstva pred požarom, proces vodenja delovnopravnih postopkov, proces vodenja pogodbenih odnosov, proces varovanja objektov in materialne koristi, proces arhiviranja poslovne dokumentacije. Proces reševanja stanovanjske problematike, proces organiziranja kulturne dejavnosti, proces zagotavljanja organiziranega letovanja, proces zagotavljanja rekreacije, podjetja izvajajo zelo redko, čeprav so ti procei med zaposlenimi zelo zaželeni, saj bi s tem prihajalo do velikega zadovoljstva zaposlenih in s tem posledično do boljših medsebojnih odnosov in rezultatov. Proces kadrovanja in razvoja kadrov, proces planiranja kadrov, proces izbire novih delavcev, proces usposabljanja, proces napredovanja, proces celovitega varstva pred požarom, proces vodenja delovnopravnih postopkov, proces vodenja pogodbenih odnosov, proces splošnih opravil in proces arhiviranja poslovne dokumentacije pa se izvajajo v skoraj vseh anketiranih podjetjih. Problem nastaja samo pri tem, da v nekaterih primerih kadri niso dovolj usposobljeni za svoje delo in se tako procesi ne izvajajo v celoti oz. niso dobro izvršeni. The thesis describes personnel procedures implemented in companies. Personnel procedures include all events and activities related to planning, hiring, allocation and development of personnel, and determine physical and psychological working conditions. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we have presented all the procedures required for successful operation of companies. The most important procedures include: staffing, staff development, choice of new employees, education and competence development, training, promotion, fire protection, conducting legal cases concerning labour, contractual relations management, building and material benefit security, archiving of business documentation. In the empirical part, a survey was carried out on a sample of 16 large companies to determine which personnel procedures are implemented in practice and which ones are not. The procedure of granting scholarship and traineeship is very problematic, as the quantity of scholarships and trainee positions in companies is decreasing, making it difficult for young people to get a suitable job and gain working experience. Also the procedure of abolishing and preventing alcohol addiction is not carried out very often, which can be harmful to companies. Frequently, companies do not implement the procedures related to housing policy, organisation of cultural activities, providing organised holidays, providing recreation, although these procedures are welcomed by employees and lead to increased employee satisfaction and consequently to better interpersonal relations and business results. On the other hand, the procedures related to training, promotion, fire protection, conducting legal cases concerning labour, contractual relations management, general tasks and archiving of business documentation are performed by almost all the companies participating in the survey. The only difficulty is caused by the fact that in certain cases the personnel is not sufficiently qualified for the task, and the procedures are not implemented completely or are not performed properly. |
