Popis: Letni razgovor je sistematično načrtovan pogovor med vodjo in zaposlenim o širših ciljih, ki so povezani z delovnim področjem, vprašanjih sodelovanja uslužbencev ter o pričakovanjih glede njihovega nadaljnjega razvoja. Vodja z njihovo pomočjo spozna želje in probleme zaposlenih, ki jim nakaže možnosti, da svoje želje in cilje uskladijo s cilji organizacije. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo domače in tuje literature opisali in predstavili redne letne razgovore, namene in cilje, vsebino in potek rednih letnih razgovor, ter naloge in postopke, ki jih mora vodja opraviti, da bodo redni letni razgovori uspešni. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo ankete dokaj obširno raziskali stališča zaposlenih o rednih letnih razgovorih v izbranem oddelku javne uprave. Na podlagi ugotovitev smo podali predloge in mnenja za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja. The annual performance interview is a systematically planned conversation that brings together the head of the department and the employee to talk about the bigger picture in their work area, the question of employee cooperation and their expectations regarding their future development. The head of the department uses this knowledge to gain an understanding of the wishes and problems of the employees, so he can help them align their wants and goals with the goals of the entire organization. This diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, domestic and foreign published materials are used to help describe and present annual performance interviews, their purpose and goals, content and course, as well as the tasks and procedures that department heads should employ if they want to ensure the success of these interviews. The empirical part consists of a survey that extensively researches the opinions and thoughts that employees in a chosen public administration sector have about annual performance interviews. We used the findings of this survey to offer suggestions and opinions for further improvements.
