Popis: | V diplomski nalogi smo teoretično predstavili motiviranje zaposlenih in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu. Vse to pa smo predstavili tudi na praktičnem primeru, in sicer, v podjetju Premogovnik Velenje, d.d.. Podjetja se čedalje bolj zavedajo, da je za uspešnost podjetja pomembno zagotavljanje motiviranja in zadovoljstva pri delu. Ker vplivata na produktivnost, je ena od managerjevih nalog, da ustrezno motivira zaposlene in se trudi, da so zaposleni zadovoljni na delovnem mestu. Ko so zaposleni zadovoljni so v delo pripravljeni vložiti več truda, sposobnosti ter znanja in s tem vplivajo na uspešnost podjetja. Pripraviti zaposlene do tega, da delajo po svojih najboljših močeh pomeni, da moramo ustvariti prave delovne pogoje, obenem pa mora delo zanje predstavljati vir zadovoljstva oziroma nekaj, kar je po njihovem mnenju vredno truda (Keenan 1996, 22). Da nam to uspe, pa moramo vedeti, kako je treba delo načrtovati, da zaposlenim omogočimo čim večje zadovoljstvo pri delu. In diploma we presented motivation and satisfaction of employees at work in theory and with practical example, which is based on Premogovnik Velenje, d.d.. Companies are aware that it is important for the success of a company providing motivation and job satisfaction. Because motivation and satisfaction impact on productivity, is one of the most important manager's activity to properly motivate employees and trying to make the employees happy at work. When employees are satisfied, they are ready to put more effort, skills and knowledge, and with this impact on success of the company. Getting employees to work to the best of their ability means that create the right working conditions, and at the same time the work must represent for them a source of satisfaction, or something that in their opinion is worth the effort (Keenan 1996, 22). In order for us to succeed in this, we must know how work should me planed in order to facilitate the greatest possible satisfaction of employees at work. |
