V magistrskem delu so opisane možnosti racionalizacije prevzema in sprejema poštnih pošiljk pogodbenikov na pošti 2102 Maribor. Pogodbeniki pošte 2102 Maribor imajo možnost, da njihove pošiljke prevzame voznik Pošte Slovenije d.o.o. ali pa pogodbeniki v lastni režiji oddajo pošiljke na sprejemni pošti 2102 Maribor. V magistrskem delu smo se omejili na prevzem poštnih pošiljk v prostorih pogodbenikov, z namenom optimirati transportne poti vozil. Predlogi reorganizacije sprejema pisemskih pošijk pogodbenkov na pošti 2102 Maribor so v preteklosti v diplomskem delu z naslovom Reorganizacija sprejema pisemskih pošiljk velikih uporabnikov na pošti 2102 Maribor že bili predstavljeni, vendar se pomanjkljivosti kjub reorganizaciji še vedno pojavljajo. Prav tako omenjeno diplomsko delo ni zajemalo sprejema paketnih pošiljk pogodbenikov. Opisani problematiki sta bili glavni razlog, da smo sprejem poštnih pošiljk pogodbenikov ponovno vključili v magistrsko delo. Predvidevamo, da bi ob uvedbi predlogov, ki se nanašajo na prevzem in sprejem pošiljk pogodbenikov na pošti 2102 Maribor, opazili več pozitivnih učinkov. This master’s thesis contains descriptions of rationalization possibilities of takeover and reception of shipments from contractors on the PostOffice of Maribor 2102. Mail contractors of the Post Office 2102 have the possibility to submit their shipments to the delivery service of Slovenian Post directly or they can deliver the postal shipments themselves to the Post Office 2102 reception office. This master’s thesis focuses on the takeover of mail at the role of the contractors in order to optimize transport routes of postal vehicles. Suggestions of reorganization in receiving mail from contractors on the Post Office 2102 Maribor were already presented earlier in the diploma thesis titled “Reorganization in receiving mail from large users on the Post Office 2102 Maribor”, but despite reorganization the shortcomings still occur. This thesis also does not cover reception of parcels from contractors. The problems described were the main reasons that the study adopts the reception of mail from contractors. We anticipate that the introduction of proposals relating to takeover and reception of shipments from contractors on post 2102 Maribor will yield several positive effects. |
