Na domačem posestvu v Brezju pri Oplotnici smo v letu 2015 raziskovali vpliv različnih barvnih tipov protitočnih mrež na notranjo in zunanjo kakovost plodov jabolk sorte 'Braeburn'. Obravnavanja so predstavljali različni barvni tipi mrež (rdeča, siva, modra, zelena in črna) ter nasad brez mreže (kontrola). Vsi tipi proučevanih protitočnih mrež so izrazito zmanjšali PAR (od 19,3 do 45,6 %), najizraziteje rdeča in modra mreža. Delež zmanjšanja PAR je bil odvisen od intenzivnosti sončnega sevanja v trenutku meritve. Glavne ugotovitve so, da se je v času tehnološke zrelosti plodov vpliv vseh barvnih tipov protitočnih mrež odrazil s konsistentno manjšo trdoto mesa plodov (izraziteje pri uporabi rdeče, modre in sive mreže), nižjim škrobnim indeksom (izraziteje pri uporabi sive, modre in črne mreže) in nižjim Streifovim indeksom pri uporabi rdeče mreže. Različni barvni tipi protitočnih mrež niso vplivali na vsebnost topne suhe snovi. Uporaba protitočnih mrež je imela pozitiven vpliv na delež plodov 1. kakovostnega razreda (premera več kot 65 mm in z več kot 50 % krovne barve), medtem ko vpliv mrež na vigor jablan ni bil potrjen. Uporaba modre, rdeče in zelene protitočne mreže je imela rahlo opazen pozitiven vpliv na pospešen razvoj krovne barve plodov (izraženo z barvnim parametrom a*), vendar so bile razlike v intenzivnosti obarvanosti plodov med obravnavanji neizrazite. Slednja ugotovitev kaže na potrebo po dodatnem preučevanju osvetlitve pod različnimi tipi barvnih protitočnih mrež in posledično vpliva na različne parametre kakovosti pridelka. In 2015 at our home estate in Brezje pri Oplotnici, we researched the impact of various types of coloured anti - hail nets on the interior and exterior quality of apples of the variety 'Braeburn'. The research was conducted with different colour types of anti - hail nets (red, grey, blue, green and black) and an orchard without a net (control). All colour types of anti - hail nets significantly decreased PAR (from 19.3% to 45.6%), most notably the red and blue net. The reduction of PAR depended on the intensity of solar radiation at the moment of measuring. The main findings are that at the time of technological ripeness, the impact of all colour types of anti - hail net could be observed in a consistently lower hardness of fruit (prominent with red, blue and grey nets), a lower starch index (prominent with grey, blue and black nets) and a lower Streif index with red nets. Different colour types of anti - hail nets did not influence the content of soluble dry matter. The different colour types of anti-hail net also positively influenced the amount of 1. class quality fruits (diameter of more than 65 mm and more than 50 % skin colouring), while their impact on apple tree vigour was not confirmed. The use of blue, red and green anti - hail nets had a slightly positive influence on the accelerated development of skin colour in the fruits (expressed with the colour parameter a*), although the differences of colouration intensity between fruits were poorly noticeable. This conclusion indicates that more research is needed on the topic of lighting under different colour types of anti - hail net and their subsequent impact on different harvest quality parameters. |
