Popis: Na osnovi naročila se je podjetje Omega d.o.o. Breznica odločilo za nabavo novega obdelovalnega stroja in sočasno optimizacijo tehnologije za izdelavo hidravličnega dvigala zakrilca. Cilj optimizacije je prihranek časa, tako da se optimizira pot orodja za vsako obdelovalno operacijo. Optimizacija je potekala z ročnim prilagajanjem parametrov operacij v programskem orodju za programiranje CNC-obdelovalnih strojev. Ob tem je bilo izvedeno združevanje operacij. Optimizirana tehnologija izdelave je glede na obstoječo tehnologijo omogočila prihranek v višini 277 s oziroma 34,54 %. Prikazan prihranek časa potrjuje hipotezo, da je možno skrajšati čas izdelave in da se optimizacija izplača že pri seriji 1000 kosov. After a new product inquiry Omega d.o.o. company decided to buy a new machining center and simultaneously to optimize the production technology of hydraulic flap lifter. The optimization goal would be to save time with tool path optimization. The optimization was achieved through manual optimization of operation parameters in the chosen software for CNC-machining center programming. In this way, the tool paths were optimized, and several operations were combine into one where it was possible. If possible, combining of operations was carried out. The optimized production technology has made possible to save time of 277 s or 34,54 % of the existing time technology. The time savings confirm the hypothesis that it is possible to shorten the production time, and that the optimization is meaningful for series of 1000 pieces.
