V diplomskem delu je predstavljen vpliv čustvene inteligence na kadrovskega managerja. Najprej je predstavljen pojem management, njegove ravni delovanja ter kdo sploh je kadrovski manager in njegove naloge. V naslednjem poglavju je predstavljena čustvena inteligentnost. Zajema predstavitev komponent čustvene inteligence, obvladovanje čustev in samoobvladovanje. Zadnje teoretično poglavje pa predstavlja samo povezavo med čustveno inteligenco in kadrovskim managerjem. Teoretičnemu delu sledi raziskovalni del, ki sem ga izvedla v obstoječem podjetju. Izbrala sem si podjetje MASS, d. o. o., ki se ukvarja s prodajo modne obutve po Sloveniji in Hrvaški. Sama sem se pri raziskovanju osredotočila na slovenski trg. Izvedla sem ga s pomočjo ankete, ki sem jo razdelila med zaposlene v prodajalnah MASS po Sloveniji. Pridobljene rezultate sem nato predstavila s pomočjo grafov in opisa. V zaključku dela sem opisala možne rešitve, ki bi jih lahko podjetje uvedlo za izboljšanje rezultatov. The following degree presents the influence of emotional intelligence on a human resources manager. Firstly, it is about management as a concept, performance levels of management, who really is a Human Resources Manager and his tasks. The next chapter describes emotional intelligence. It includes a presentation of emotional intelligence components, emotional control and self-control. The last theoretical chapter talks about the connection between emotional intelligence and a Human Resources Manager. Theoretical chapters are followed by a research, based on an existing company. My choice was the company MASS ltd., a brand, famous for selling fashionable shoes around Slovenia and Croatia. My research was focused on the Slovenian market. A survey was carried out among MASS shop employees around Slovenia. The results are presented in graphs and descriptions. In conclusion, some possible solutions regarding some of the results are presented. |
