V diplomski nalogi smo prikazali organizacijo Pošto Slovenije d. o. o. ter njeno delovanje. Na kratko smo opisali njeno zgodovino. Prikazali smo organizacijsko shemo podjetja ter opredelili dva logistična centra. Prikazali smo pismonoševo delo, opisali pismonošo kot osebo ter opredelili njegovo funkcijo. Prav tako smo navedli nekaj razlogov, zakaj se mladi za tovrsten poklic težko odločijo. Nato smo opisali dve vrsti pošiljk (navadne in knjižene pošiljke), nekaj besed namenili prenosu paketov, opisali prenos denarja, ugotavljali število reklamacij v letu 2008, opisali smo tudi zmožnosti dela pismonoš ter opredelili, kako varno je njihovo delo. Predstavili smo negativne in pozitivne strani opravljanja dela pismonoše. Spregovorili smo o ekonomiki poslovanja podjetja ter predlagali nekatere rešitve. V zaključku smo ponudili nekaj predlogov za nadaljnje raziskovanje. In this graduation thesis we defined the organization Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. and its activity. We briefly described its history, showed its organizational scheme, and determined the two logistical centers. We presented the work of a postman, described a postman as a person and determined his or her function. Also we enumerated several reasons why it is difficult for the young people to decide for such a profession. We described the two types of consignments (ordinary and booked), a transfer of packages and a transfer of money. We found out the number of complaints in 2008 and we described the work conditions of postmen and identified the safety of such work. We also defined disadvantages and advantages of working as a postman. We also mentioned the economy of business of company and we suggested some solutions. In the conclusion we offered several suggestions for further research. |
