Popis: Glede na današnjo konkurenco na tržišču in glede na sam tempo življenja je za podjetja pomembno, da se neprestano prilagajajo in iščejo načine, kako zadovoljiti svoje uporabnike. Tako morajo tudi banke prilagajati svoje procese in iskati nove prodajne poti ter ponuditi nekaj, kaj druge banke ne ponujajo. Ena izmed zelo priljubljenih prodajnih poti tako za banko kot za uporabnike je elektronsko bančništvo. Pri elektronskem bančništvu je trenutno najbolj priljubljeno mobilno bančništvo takoj za spletnim bančništvom. Seveda je eden izmed zelo pomembnih vidikov samega spletnega kot tudi mobilnega bančništva varnost. Uporabniki namreč ne bi uporabljali spletnega bančništva, ki ni varno in v katerega lahko vdre nepridiprav in odtuji njihovo premoženje ali identiteto. Zato je tudi pomemben zakon o elektronskem poslovanju in kazenski zakonik, kjer je opisano, kako se kaznujejo posamezne kršitve v povezavi z računalniškim kriminalom. Drugi zelo pomemben vidik pri spletnem bančništvu je sama funkcionalnost spletnega bančništva, saj če le-ta ni funkcionalen, ga uporabniki ne bodo uporabljali. Za banke je zelo pomembno, da prilagajajo svoje obstoječe procese uporabnikom. Spletno bančništvo je eden izmed teh procesov, ki je na voljo uporabnikom že kar nekaj časa in je zato v nekaterih bankah že zastarelo in uporabnikom neprijazno. Da banke zadovoljijo uporabnike in jim ponudijo ter presežejo njihova pričakovanja, je potrebno poslovni proces kot je spletno bančništvo kontinuirano prenavljati. Seveda je za takšen poseg potrebno dobro poznavanje samih poslovnih procesov. V banki morajo tako natančno definirati poslovni proces, ki ga želijo spremeniti. V našem primeru je ta poslovni proces bil spletno bančništvo. Tako kot pri prenovi drugih poslovnih procesov si je tudi pri prenovi spletnega bančništva potrebno zastaviti določeno metodo po kateri bo sama prenova potekala. Seveda moramo pred samo prenovo ugotoviti tudi vzroke za prenovo tega določenega procesa kot tudi cilje, ki jih želimo s samo prenovo doseči. Tako so se tudi v Novi KBM odločili prenoviti spletno bančništvo Bank@Net. S prenovljeno verzijo Bank@Neta uporabnikom ponujajo lepši in boljši grafični vmesnik kot tudi možnost analiziranja in spremljanja svojega denarja. Seveda prenovljen Bank@Net ponuja tudi nove funkcionalnosti, katere banka tudi sproti dopolnjuje tako, da ima uporabnik na voljo čim več storitev iz domačega naslonjača. Glede na to, da konkurenca na trgu ne počiva, je za banko kot je Nova KBM pomembno, da tudi v prihodnosti vlaga v razvoj in posodobitev poslovnih procesov. Tako bi lahko banka na primer ponudila tudi aplikacijo Bank@Net namenjeno mobilni uporabi. Banka bi lahko tudi ponudila možnost personalizacije samega Bank@Neta. S tem bi bila uporaba še enostavnejša in uporabniku prijaznejša. Lahko bi tudi razvili svojo aplikacijo za nov operacijski sistem Windows 8. Seveda je še marsikatera novost, ki bi jo banka lahko ponudila svojim uporabnikom in s tem poenostavila samo poslovanje z banko. Najbolje bi bilo, če uporabnikom sploh več ne bi bilo potrebno obiskati v banke in bi lahko vse storitve opravili od doma. Thus, banks must also adapt their processes and seek new sales channels to offer what the competition does not offer yet. One of the most popular sales channels for the bank and the users is electronic banking. Currently the most popular feature of electronic banking is mobile banking, followed by online banking. One very important aspect of online and mobile banking is security. Users would not use online banking if it was unsafe and hackers could steal money from their account and steal their identity. Therefore laws on electronic commerce and Penal Code are very important, because they describe how to punish individual violations in connection with computer crime. Another very important aspect of online banking is the online banking functionality alone, because if it is not functional, the users won’t use it at all. It is very important for banks that they adapt their existing business processes to users. Online banking is one of these business processes, which is available to users for quite some time and therefore is already outdated in some banks. Therefor the user experience is very poor. However, banks try to satisfy users and offer them new features to exceed their expectations. It is necessary to continually renovate business process such as online banking, however this requires good knowledge of business processes. The bank must also carefully define the business process they want to change. In our case this was the online banking business process. As with other business process renovation techniques the renovation of the online banking business process needs to follow a specific method for renovating business processes. Before we change the business processes, we must determine the causes for the renovation of a process as well as the goals that we want to achieve with the renovation. The bank Nova KBM decided to renovate its online banking Bank@Net. The renovated version of Bank@Net offers the users beautiful and better graphical interface elements as well as the possibility of analyzing and monitoring their data. The renovated Bank@Net also offers new functionalities, which the bank also kept up to date so that the user can access almost all functionalities from home. Given that market competition is not resting, it is important for the bank to continue investing in the development and modernization of business processes. Nova KBM could offer a Bank@Net mobile application for Android and iPhone users. They could also offer the possibility to personalize the online banking Bank@Net so it would be even easier to use and more user friendly. They could also develop an application for the upcoming operating system Windows 8. Of course there are many new features that a bank can offer to its customers and simplify business in the bank. For customers it would be ideally, if they could access to all features via the online banking, making the classic bank obsolete.
