V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili Kliniko Golnik ter raziskovali in ugotavljali, na kakšen način pridobivajo in izbirajo ustrezne kadre. Diplomsko nalogo smo razdelili na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in empirični oz. raziskovalni del. V prvem, teoretičnem delu smo opisali kadrovanje, načrtovanje kadrov, pridobivanje kadrov in njihovo selekcijo. Pri pridobivanju kadrov smo opisali analizo dela, postopek pridobivanja kadrov ter predstavili in opisali interno ter eksterno pridobivanje kadrov. Pri selekcioniranju kadrov smo opisali postopek izbiranja kadrov ter predstavili in opisali metode izbiranja kadrov. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili namen kadrovskega vprašalnika ter podrobneje opisali njegove prednosti in slabosti. V drugem, raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili organizacijo – Kliniko Golnik ter ugotavljali, na kakšen način pridobivajo kadre in katere selekcijske metode koristijo pri izboru. Na kliniki smo izvedli tudi anketo med zaposlenimi, ki so se v organizaciji zaposlili v zadnjih treh letih, in ugotavljali, kje so dobili informacije o prostem delovnem mestu, kakšen je bil selekcijski postopek, najbolj pa nas je zanimalo njihovo mnenje o obstoječem kadrovskem vprašalniku. Ugotovili smo, da je največ anketiranih informacijo o prostem delovnem mestu dobilo na Zavodu RS za zaposlovanje ter da klinika pri selekcioniranju največkrat zahteva prijave, življenjepise in razna dokazila. Glede kadrovskega vprašalnika pa smo ugotovili, da se jim zdi sicer dokaj primeren, vendar je potreben prenove. Na podlagi opravljene raziskave smo podali ugotovitve in ustrezne predloge za izboljšavo obstoječega stanja. This thesis presents Klinika Golnik. Its main thrust is to research and determine their manner of appropriate personnel recruitment. The thesis consists of two parts, namely theoretical and empirical i.e. research part. The theoretical part presents staffing, staff planning and recruitment as well as selection of personnel. The paragraph about recruitment deals with work analysis and recruitment process and presents and describes internal as well as external recruitment. In selection of personnel the process of selection of staff is described and methods of selection are shown. The aim of personnel questionnaire is also explained as well as its strengths and weaknesses. The second part of thesis focuses on presenting the organisation in question – Klinika Golnik, trying to determine their recruitment method and which selection methods proved to be beneficial. A survey has been carried out among the employees, who have joined the company in the last three years, trying to determine where they obtained the information about job availability, what was the selection process like and mainly what is their opinion on the personnel questionnaire. The survey shows that most employees obtained the information about job vacancy through Employment service of Slovenia (Zavod RS za zaposlovanje) and that the clinic usually requires written application, CV and different certificates. Regarding the questionnaire most respondents feel that it is quite suitable, but it needs to be renewed. Findings based on this survey are represented in the thesis as well as appropriate proposals for improving the current situation. |
