V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili spletno prisotnost podjetja. Glede na pridobljeno literaturo smo ugotovili, da je razvoj interneta imel velik vpliv na gospodarstvo, kar je vplivalo na pojav podjetij na spletu. Podjetja se na spletu pojavljajo s svojimi spletnimi stranmi. Ugotovili smo, da je izgled spletne strani pomembna za podjetje, zato smo predstavili elemente, ki jih mora imeti dobra spletna stran. Analizirali smo spletno stran podjetja C&A Moda d.o.o., primerjali rezultate analize s pridobljeno literaturo in podjetju predstavili možnosti za izboljšavo. Ena izmed možnosti je preureditev spletne strani v spletno trgovino, saj je 48% anketirancev izrazilo željo po spletnem nakupovanju. Podjetja se na spletu pojavljajo tudi na družabnih omrežjih. Družabna omrežja izkoriščajo kot povezavo s strankami in v oglaševalske namene. Podjetje C&A Moda se tudi pojavlja na različnih družabnih omrežjih (instagram, facebook, pinterest, twitter,…). Bolj podrobno smo raziskali pojavo podjetja na družabnem omrežju facebook. Ugotovili smo, da podjetje nima profil v slovenskem jeziku oz. profil namenjen le slovenskem trgu. Verjetno je prav to razlog, da 76% anketirancev ne sledi podjetju na družabnih omrežjih. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili tudi zadovoljstvo kupcev in upravljanje odnosov s strankami- CRM, kar je tudi največji cilj vsakega podjetja in tudi ključnega pomena za uspeh podjetja. Podjetje se pojavlja na spletu, da bi postalo bolj prepoznavno, se približalo strankam jim omogočilo vse informacije, sledilo njihovim željam, tako vplivalo na njihovo zadovoljstvo in povečalo svoje prihodke ter zagotovilo svoj obstoj v prihodnosti. In this thesis, we will introduce a company web presence. According to the obtained literature, we found that the development of the Internet had a major impact on the economy, which resulted in companies appearance online. Companies appearing on the Internet with its websites. We found that the layout of the website is important for the company, so we presented the elements that you must have in order to have a good website. We have analyzed the website of C&A Moda d.o.o.. We have compared results of the analysis with literature and presented opportunities for improvements to the company. 48% of respondents expressed a desire for online shopping. This mean that one possibility is the conversion of a web page in an online store. Companies can also appear on social networks. Social networks can be exploited as a link with customers and for advertising purposes. C&A Moda already using various social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, ...). More specifically, we studied the appearance on the social network Facebook. We found that the company does not have a page in the Slovenian language or page only intended for Slovenian market. This is probably reason that 76% of respondents do not follow the company on social networks. I the thesis we have also presented customer satisfaction and customer relationship management CRM, which is the biggest goal of each company and is crucial for the success of the company. The company appears on the internet to become more visible, closer to customers and to allow customers access to all important informations. It’s also easier to follow customers desires, which can improve customer satisfaction and increase company income. |
