Popis: Diplomsko delo prikazuje način s katerim lahko industrijski krmilnik spremenimo v sistem, ki simulira delovanje realnih industrijskih procesov. Osnovni cilj takšnega sistema je testiranje industrijskih PID regulatorjev. Celoten sistem je tako zgrajen iz industrijskih komponent in programskega dela. Omenjena diplomska naloga opisuje uporabniški program, ki se izvaja na krmilniku in predstavlja simulator procesa, uporabniški vmesnik narejen v WinCC-jevi Scadi, ki se izvaja na osebnem računalniku in prikazuje medsebojne povezave posameznih elementov, omogoča spreminjane parametrov in opazovanje procesnih veličin. Na koncu diplomske naloge imamo predstavljeno delo s sistemom, ki smo ga poimenovali simulacijsko okolje in dobljene rezultate pri testiranju omenjenega sistema. This diploma work shows the way by which we can change the industrial controller into a system, that simulates the operation of real industrial processes. The primary objective of such a system is the testing of industrial PID regulators. So the whole system is built from industrial components and programming work. This diploma thesis describes a user program, which is implemented on the controller and represents a process simulator and a user interface made in WinCC Scada, which is implemented on a personal computer and shows the interconnection of individual elements, allows the changing of parameters and the observation of process quantities. At the end of the diploma thesis we have presented the work with the system, which we named simulation environment and the results obtained in the testing of that system.
