Projektna naloga v prvem delu obravnava opis oz. predmet investicije. Predstavljena je lokacija objekta, kakšni materiali in način gradnje je uporabljen in kakšni so cilji investicije t.j. novozgrajenega objekta. V nadaljevanju je narejena rekapitulacija vseh stroškov, ki so vezani na investicijo in sicer stroški v času priprave na gradnjo in pri sami gradnji. V drugem delu projektne naloge je prikazana doba vračanja investicije, torej v kolikšnem času se bo investicija povrnila. The first part of project assignment is discusing description or the subject of invesment. It contains location where the facility is build, types of building materials which have been used, method of construction and goals of the facility. The first part of the assignment also contains information about recapitulatin of expenses, which were made during the construction. In the second part of the assignment I presented the paypack period of the project, which showes how long will it take for the invesment to pay off the farmer. |
