Telekomunikacijska dejavnost se je v dvajsetem stoletju korenito spremenila, tako v okviru tehničnih zmogljivosti in tehnologije mobilnih omrežij kot tudi v sestavi podjetij na trgu telekomunikacijskih storitev. Cilj diplomskega projekta je bil analizirati potek odločanja v podjetju A1 Slovenija pri prevzemu podjetja Amis, analizirati konkurenco podjetja in trg, na katerem podjetje A1 Slovenija deluje. Opirali smo se na raziskovalna vprašanja o tem, ali je bil prevzem uspešen in ali je bila odločitev o prevzemu docela smiselna. V okviru naloge smo uporabili več različnih metod. V prvem delu smo za opredelitev teoretičnih izhodišč uporabljali deskriptivno metodo in metodo kompilacije. V drugem delu smo si pomagali z metodo analize za preučitev finančnih podatkov podjetij ob pomoči podatkovne baze Gvin. Upoštevajoč številne prevzeme in združitve na slovenskem trgu telekomunikacij v zadnjih letih in spremembe na področju ponudbe konvergenčnih storitev smo ugotovili, da je bila odločitev o prevzemu podjetja Amis smiselna. Pridobili sicer niso skoraj nič lastne infrastrukture, vendar je bila cena nakupa podjetja temu primerna. So pa pridobili nezanemarljivo bazo uporabnikov in vstopnico na trg konvergenčnih storitev. The aim of this project was to analyze the decision-making process of the company A1 Slovenia concerning the acquisition of another company called Amis, to analyze the company's competition, and to analyze the market in which A1 Slovenia operates. The research was based on questions about whether the acquisition was successful and whether the decision for it was entirely reasonable. Several different methods were used within the framework of this project. In the first part of the project, the descriptive method and the compilation method were used to define theoretical starting points. In the second part of the project, the analysis method was used to examine financial data of companies using the Gvin database. Taking into account numerous acquisitions and mergers in the Slovenian telecommunications market in recent years and changes in the area of convergence services, we found out that the decision to take over Amis was a reasonable one. Although they acquired almost the infrastructure previously owned by Amis, the purchase price of the company was appropriate. With the takeover, A1 Slovenia obtained a non-negligible user base and a good starting ground in the market of convergence services. |
