Obravnavana analiza magistrskega dela vključuje socio-ekonomski položaj žensk na kmetijah v Podravju. V delu predstavljamo kmečko žensko, socialno varnost kmetic, ekonomski položaj kmečkih žensk in njihovo prisotnost v lokalnem okolju (socialno angažiranost). 22,00 % vseh anketirank nima sklenjenega pokojninskega in invalidskega zavarovanja. The analysis of the master thesis includes the socio-economic position of women on farms in the Podravje region. Farm women, their social security, their economic position and their presence in the local environment (social engagement) are presented. The primary objective was to evaluate the involvement of farm women in decision-making or participation in the co-determination in important decisions in agricultural economy, and to analyse their social engagement in the local environment, their economic position and social security in older years. The methodology includes a survey of 50 farm women, namely states and owners of agricultural holdings with a pre-designed questionnaire. It included three components: (I) the first part covers the characteristics and structure of the respondents, (II) the second one, information on agricultural economy, while (III) the third covers the economic and social situation of respondents. The results of the analysis showed that the holders of agricultural holdings often make decisions on their own (8.82 %) or accept them unanimously (79.41 %), while members do not have important decision-making functions (56.07 %). 38.34 % of owners feel that they are economically independent and 64.71 % are socially engaged. 22.00 % of all respondents do not have any retirement or disability insurance. |
