Popis: | Diplomsko delo zajema predstavitev bank in bančnega poslovanja predvsem na področju poslovanja s fizičnimi osebami. Bančništvo se v današnjem času srečuje z veliko konkurenco na trgu. Novi in bolj uspešno prodajan proizvod je postal gonilo slovenskega bančništva. Ne smemo izključiti pravilnosti in ustreznosti poslovanja na bančnem trgu, saj je to osnova za nadaljnjo poslovanje. Poslovanje banke zahteva zelo natančno in skrbno načrtovanje finančnih tokov, saj lahko banka le tako ostane sposobna zagotavljati ustreznost svojih storitev. Banke morajo svoje storitve ponujati čim bolj nemoteno, v enem kontinuiranem procesu, saj lahko le tako ohranijo dosedanje in privabijo nove komitente. Število kakovostnih komitentov lahko izjemno poveča priljubljenost določene banke. Namreč ljudje smo navajeni izbirati banko na osnovi priporočil oziroma na osnovi dobrih izkušenj. Bančništvo se v današnjem času razvija v smeri približevanja potrebam bodočih komitentov, se z zanimanjem posvetuje s stranko in ji na čim boljši način svetuje. Diploma includes presentation of banks and banking services based on the business with individuals. Banking services today are facing high competition on the market. New and more successfully sold product has become the driving force of the Slovenian banking. We cannot exclude the correct and relevance business in the banking market since it is a basis for further business. Banking services require very precise and careful planning of financial flows, since it is the only way to the bank remains able to provide the relevance of their services. Banks must offer their services as smooth as possible in one continuous process, which is the way to retain existing and attract new clients. The number of quality costumers, could increase the popularity of certain bank. People are accustomed to choose a bank based on recommendations or on the basis of good experience. Banking today is moving towards to needs of future customers, consult with the client and in the best possible way give advice to costumer. |
