Popis: Diplomsko delo obravnava primerjavo konstruiranja orodja za globoki vlek pločevine med programskima paketoma Catia in AutoForm. Podane so teoretične osnove o procesu globokega vleka, o konstruiranju orodij za globoki vlek in o programskih paketih za računalniško podprto konstruiranje in računalniško podprt inženiring. Predstavljen je postopek konstruiranja orodja s programskim paketom Catia, kjer je bilo orodje skonstruirano izključno na podlagi izkušenj. Isti primer je nato obravnavan še z uporabo programskega paketa AutoForm. Namen je bila primerjava postopka dela konstruiranja geometrije vitalnih delov orodja z obema programskima paketoma. Zajeta je tudi optimizacija zavornih letev s programskim paketom AutoForm, ki v Catii ni mogoča. The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the tool design for sheet metal deep drawing between Catia and AutoForm software. Presented are theoretical basics of deep drawing process, basics of the tool design for deep drawing and basics about the software packages for computer aided design and computer aided engineering. Described is the process of tool design with Catia software, where the tool has been designed solely on the basics of experiences. The same case is then treated with usage of AutoForm software. The purpose of thesis was to compare design process for geometry of the deep drawing tool vital parts with both softwares. There is also included an optimization of drawbeads with AutoForm software, which can not be done in Catia.
