Za diplomsko delo sem si izbral optimizacijo delovnega mesta razrez v podjetju Monter Dravograd d.o.o. z uvedbo robota za pripravo zvarnih robov. Optimiziranje proizvodnje in s tem skrajšanje pretočnega časa za izdelavo posameznega proizvoda ter prihranek denarja oziroma zmanjšanje stroškov izdelave izdelka, so danes ključni, da podjetje ostane konkurenčno in se je sposobno boriti za delo na trgu, kjer vlada velika konkurenca. Z diplomsko nalogo sem dokazal, da se investicija v robota za pripravo zvarnih robov izplača. Postopek priprave zvarnih robov bo z robotom veliko hitrejši, kvaliteta zvarnih robov bo veliko boljša, delovno okolje za delavca bo veliko bolj prijetno in varno za delo. Robot za pripravo zvarnih robov prav tako odpira vrata za naslednjo investicijo in sicer v robota za varjenje. For my thesis, I chose the optimization of the cutting post in the company Monter Dravograd d.o.o. with the introduction of a robot for the preparation of welding edges. The optimizing of the production and thus the shortening of the flow time of the individual product and saving of money or the reduction of costs for the production of a product are key factors in order for a company to remain competitive nowadays and in order to be able to compete on a market where the competition is very strong. Through the thesis I was able to prove that an investment in a robot for the preparation of welding edges pays off. The process of the preparation of welding edges will be much faster with a robot, the quality of welding edges will be much better and the working environment for the workers will be much more pleasant and safer. The robot for the preparation of welding edges also opens doors for the next investment, namely the welding robot. |
