Trenutno stanje obremenjevanja zraka v mestu Celje je alarmantno. Cestni promet v Celju iz dneva v dan narašča in je zatorej eden izmed tistih dejavnikov, ki je odgovoren za velik del obremenjevanja zraka z emisijami škodljivih snovi. Obstoječa vozila z motorji na notranje izgorevanje so energijsko neučinkovita, emisije strupenih plinov pa previsoke. Rešitev mnogih problemov bi bila uveljavitev čistejših tehnologij v prometu. Nevarnim izpuhom klasičnih vozil, ki prekomerno obremenjujejo mestno središče Celja, bi se torej lahko izognili z uvedbo avtomobilov na električni pogon, ki pa za svoje delovanje potrebujejo ustrezno polnilno infrastrukturo, zato bo v mestu Celje potrebno skrbno definiranje postavitve logističnega napajalnega omreţja za oskrbo le-teh z električno energijo. Premišljena mreţa polnilnih mest za javno in zasebno uporabo v Celju bi povečala avtonomijo električnih avtomobilov in tako omogočila hitrejši prodor tehnologije v vsakdanje ţivljenje. The current state of burdening air in the city of Celje is alarming. Road traffic in Celje is increasing day by day and is therefore one of the factors responsible for a larger part of burdening air with emissions of harmful substances. Existing vehicles with internal combustion engines are energy inefficient and toxic gas emissions are too high. The solution of many of these problems would be the implementation of cleaner technologies in transport. Dangerous exhaust of classic cars, which over-burden the city center Celje, can be avoided with the introduction of electric powered cars, which for their function need appropriate charging facilities. Because of that, a carefully defined layout of logistical electric supply network will be needed in Celje. A thought through network of charging stations for private and public use in Celje would increase the autonomy of electric cars and thus make more rapid penetration of technology into everyday life. |
