Ugled je pomembna, zelo občutljiva in variabilna dimenzija, ki lahko pomeni vzpon, ničkolikokrat pa tudi padec organizacije, celo propad, zato mu je potrebno nameniti veliko pozornosti, usmerjene s strani najvišjega vodstva. Ugled podjetja Varnost Maribor d. d. zavzema pomembno mesto v poslovni politiki podjetja tako v poslanstvu kot v strategiji, viziji in razvoju. Organizacija se ukvarja s storitveno dejavnostjo na območju Republike Slovenije ter znotraj držav Evropske unije in bivše skupne države Jugoslavije, obenem pa se sooča z močno notranjo in tudi zunanjo konkurenco. Ugled je pomemben za nadaljnji razvoj, strategijo in prisotnost na trgu, saj je skupek ocen in zaznavanj tako dolgoročnih poslovnih partnerjev kot potencialnih odjemalcev. Odvisen je od posameznih deležnikov in s tem nujno potreben pri merjenju, analizi in posledično usmeritvi, kam na osnovi teže ocen ključnih deležnikov usmeriti prizadevanja za korekcijo, spremembe, izboljšanje. Raziskava, ki sem jo izvedla s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, je pokazala, da tako zaposleni v podjetju Varnost Maribor d. d. kot tudi poslovni partnerji ocenjujejo ugled podjetja z visoko oceno. Dosegla sem zastavljene cilje, tri izmed štirih zastavljenih hipotez zavrnila in eno potrdila. Reputation is important, very sensitive and variable dimension. It can be defined as a rise but too many times as fall of an organization or even collapse, so the highest authority has to put much attention to the matter. Reputation of a company Varnost Maribor d. d. plays an important role in its business politics, mission, strategy, vision and development. Company offers service activities in Slovenia, European Union area and former Yugoslavian countries. Reputation is important for further development, strategy and market presence, because it is a sum of calculations and perceptions of long-term business partners and potential buyers. It depends on certain parts of the equation and with that it is urgently needed with measuring, analysing and consequently determining direction, where, depending on weight of calculations of crucial participants, to correct, change to improve matters. Research that I have made with the help of questionnaire, showed that the employees of Varnost Maribor d. d. and also business partners grade the reputation of thins company very high. I have reached the goals of the research, found three of four hypothesis to be false and confirmed the remaining one. |
