Organizacijska kultura je kompleksen pojav, ki odraža zgodovino organizacije. Ne nastane skozi noč, je globoka, razširjena in jo je težko spremeniti. Organizacijska kultura vpliva na vedenje članov, na vedenja organizacije ter na uspešno poslovanje organizacije. Skozi diplomski seminar smo poskušali s teoretičnega vidika opredeliti organizacijsko kulturo, njeno nastajanje, spreminjanje, oblikovanje, vzdrževanje, ocenjevanje, njene značilnosti, karakteristike in funkcije. Naš namen je bil, da prikažemo, da so ljudje največje in najdragocenejše premoženje organizacije, zato morajo vodje v njih vlagati, jih spodbujati, izobraževati, itd. Dobre poslovne rezultate in razvoj organizacije bodo prinesli le tisti zaposleni, ki čutijo pripadnost organizaciji in se v njej dobro počutijo, so motivirani. V praktičnem delu diplomskega seminarja smo na organizaciji Leykam tiskarna d.o.o. izvedli raziskavo o sedanji in želeni, prihodnji organizacijski kulturi, ki se pojavlja v organizaciji in predstavili rezultate analize. Ugotovili smo, da v organizaciji prevladuje kultura klana in takšno si zaposleni želijo tudi v prihodnje. Na koncu diplomskega seminarja smo navedli kategorije, ki so bile slabše ocenjene in podali predloge za izboljšanje in spreminjanje le-te. Organizational culture is a complex occurrence which reflects history of organization. It does not emerge over the night, in fact it is deep, wide and very difficult to change. Organizational culture effects on behavior of its members, on behavior of organization itself and its successful business. Through diploma project we have determined an organizational culture, it beginnings, acknowledgments, measurements, evaluations, changes, it specifications, characteristics, types and functions from theoretical point of view. Our intent was to show, that people are the biggest and most valuable asset of organization therefore the leadership must invest in them, encourage and educate them, etc. Successful business results and development of organization can be achieved only through those employees who feel affiliated to organization, who are motivated and feel comfortable in it. In practical part of diploma project we have done an analyze on desired present and future organizational culture which appears in organization called Leykam printing office d.o.o, we have also present results of that analyze. Our conclusion was that in organization the culture of clan was prevailing and this is what employees desire in future. We have concluded our diploma project with statement of categories, which were evaluated with a slightly bad grade in our examined organization and we suggested the ways of its improvement. |
