Ljudje imamo razvit komunikacijski sistem, to ne obsega samo govora, ampak tudi volumen, ter ton glasu, simbole, glasbo, humor in govorico telesa. Velikokrat pa smo pri komunikaciji kljub temu zelo slabi. Medsebojni odnosi so najpomembnejši del našega življenja, le-teh pa ne more biti brez komuniciranja. Odnose vzpostavljamo tako v zasebnem, kot tudi v javnem življenju. Komunikacija nam torej omogoča razvoj in sam obstoj v družbi, v formalnih in neformalnih združbah in pa v sami organizaciji. Ker preživimo večino časa na delovnem mestu, pomeni, da moramo vzpostavljati medsebojne odnose z različnimi ljudmi. Za to pa je potrebna poslovna komunikacija. Ta je namenjena postavljanju in hkrati doseganju ciljev organizacije. Za uspešnost le te je dobro preučiti vlogo in pomen komunikacije v managementu. Glede na namen in cilje komunikacije pa je tudi odvisna oblika metode komunikacije. Uspešna komunikacija se začne pri ljudeh in je nekakšna veščina, ki se je mora naučiti posameznik sam, le redkim je prirojena. Pomembno je, da zaposleni svojo poslovno komunikacijo nenehno izboljšujejo in nadgrajujejo. Uspešna komunikacija vodi do dobrih odnosov med zaposlenimi, in samega napredka podjetja. People have developed a communication system, not just speech, but also the volumen and tone of voice, symbols, humor and body language. But we are still many times very poor in communication. Mutal relations are the most important part of our everyday life, thereof can not be without communication. We establish relations both in private and in public life. Communication it allows us development and the very existence in the society in both formal and informal society and in the organization itself. Because we spent most of our time at work, we must establish relationship with different people. Because of this we need business communications, which is intended for setting and at the same time achievement of objectives of organization. For success of the organization it is good to examine the role and importance of communication in management. Depending on the purpose and objetives of the communication is dependent form communication methods. Effective method starts with peoples and it is a kind of art which must the individual learn himself only a few are born with it. It is important that employees continously improving and upgrading their bussines communication. Successful communication leads to good relations among employees and also for the progress of the organization itself. |
